Dynamic Power Pilates

This is for those that have build a strong core, stability work and are looking for that extra challenge during a regular pilates class. Working with your own body weight on isometric and isotonic movement to strengthen every muscle in your body and taking your practice to the next level, building strength whilst maintaining long and lean flexible muscles. Perfect to complement your yoga practice.
A 30 minutes intense workout focusing solely on “the core”. Which means not just your abs but your entire upper body strength. Including the pelvic floor muscles, transverses abdominis, multifidus, obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae and diaphragm. Minor core muscles include the latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and trapezius.
This is a comprehensive session designed for those short on time.
