With over 5 years of experience in the fitness world, Ravine’s speciality lies in enabling the client to become stronger and fitter by incorporating Weights, TRX and Yoga movements. She has a wide range of clientele where her workouts are scaled to each individual and their goals. Her workouts incorporate body weight circuits with resistance training and endurance work. She is extremely passionate about Ashtanga Vinyasa, having studied in Goa, India and accredited with the International Yoga Alliance. She is known for her powerful practice, intuitive understanding of the body and engaging teaching style.
